Content on this website is for general information about Comita software for skilled-nursing operators. It is not medical advice, clinical guidance, or a commitment to provide any particular feature on any particular date.
No PHI on this site
Do not submit patient information or other protected health information (PHI) through the marketing site or demo form. Product use involving PHI requires separate customer agreements and, where applicable, an executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Customers may transmit PHI in Comita products only under an executed BAA.
Intellectual property
Comita names, marks, logos, and site content are owned by Comita Health LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt service, scrape in a way that harms availability, or submit unlawful content).
Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMITA HEALTH LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE MARKETING SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Product subscriptions
Subscriptions, order forms, master service agreements, service levels, and BAAs for Comita products are separate from these website Terms. If those documents conflict with this page on product matters, the product agreements control.
