This Privacy notice covers the Comita marketing website
(comitahealth.com and related hosts such as dev.comitahealth.com) operated by
Comita Health LLC. It does not replace the privacy practices, customer
agreements, or Business Associate Agreement (BAA) that govern the Comita product
applications when a customer transmits protected health information (PHI).
What this site collects
Demo requests
If you use the Request a demo form, we receive the information you choose to send (typically name, work email, organization, approximate building count, and a message). We use that information to respond to your request and schedule a walkthrough. Messages are sent via your email client to sales@comitahealth.com.
Hosting and security logs
Our hosting and CDN providers may retain basic request logs (for example IP address, user agent, URL, and timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
Analytics
v1 of this marketing site does not load third-party advertising or analytics pixels. If we add privacy-respecting analytics later, this page will be updated before that change goes to production.
What we do not collect on this site
- We do not ask for patient information or other PHI on the marketing site.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use the marketing site as a channel for product PHI.
Product data and HIPAA
Comita product applications used by skilled-nursing operators may process PHI only under separate customer agreements, including an executed BAA where required. Those practices are not described here.
Your choices
You may email sales@comitahealth.com to ask about demo-request data we hold about you, or to request that we update or delete a demo inquiry where applicable law requires.
